Don't believe them saying it shoots green ray, it actually shoots red ray. They mistook it with B.L.A.Z.E.R. which is very similar.
EDIT: Or not? I'm not sure. B.L.A.Z.E.R. might be a toaster-like weapon, but then there is another version of S.C.A.M.P.P. used by Numbuh 1, and that one shoots green ray. But I'm fairly sure model I made shoots red ray. A bit complicated stuff.
