Skipping every other frame helps, it's also depends very much on the content. If it's a small thing moving on a still background you usually get really small gifs, if everything is moving it's hard to keep them under ~8MB

I WIN! This was one of the hardest fights I had to fight in a long time. Holy crap, it was awesome as fuck. Mexico had some nice bunker emplacements along my border.

This place was impossible to brake with infantry and artillery. I had to starve them out basically.
