Ha, the new Deus Ex... I was incredibly sceptical about all the third person cover taking 'making it easier for unexperienced players' stuff, but those features actually have their place in the gameplay. I remember how happy I was that you could turn off interaction highlighters, but I actually left them on, since they are not the out-of-place gimmick I thought it would be. The RPG elements are not dumbed down too much and I overall enjoy it a lot.
Only the soundtrack disappoints me compared to The Conspiracy. When sneaking in detroit, I noticed that they spliced in some of the original songs playing during the stealth theme... It's like they are teasing us
And the AI... yesterday I stacked some dumpsters to get over a fence, five minutes later a policeman walks by it, touches it, dumpster falls over shoving him back, policeman trips and everyone shoots me, knowing I placed it there with evil intentions
