Unfortunately the mod doesnt support the recent version of M&B warband, so you need to do some witchcraft to get it to work.
You need to make a copy of your Native module (mountblade warband\modules) and rename it to polished-landscapes or something.. get the Polished Landscapes mod and take the Resource and Texture folders ONLY, and overwrite and integrate them into your Native [B]copy[/B], dont take any other files from Polished Landscapes because they are all out of date and incompatible with the most recent version of warband. Then you need to take the two .txt files that polished landscapes came with (flora_kind and ground_specs) and put them in the data folder of the new module.
Unfortunately I seem to have one issue, which is the armored horse models not appearing ingame... but this may be an unrelated issue.

eh I don't know if i'm liking Deus Ex Human Revolution too much, don't get me wrong, It's fun but
I personally, find it too hard to play on normal difficulty, but too easy to play on easy... there really needs to be some kind of more intermediate setting for me, basically, at the moment, if I play on normal i'm forced to go stealth because I pretty much die as soon as a firefight starts, then it's the complete opposite on easy :/ I can just run through a building and shoot everyone without even worrying about getting shot, the ai on easy just sucks.
Please tell me i'm not the only one that's discovered that it's like this? and don't say something along the lines of "learn to play the game better", I am aware that it's not meant to be played in just one particular way and that I should be looking for alternative ways to deal with situations but, it just gets a bit bothersome when I have to keep re-loading because while i'm learning the guards routes I end up getting spotted and have like 15 people shooting with nearly pin point accuracy, especially when it takes like 30 seconds to load the last quick/autosave

I find it incredibly easy to pop out of cover for a second and shoot of a quick headshot and get back in cover on the hardest setting.

Move to a different area along the stretch or around a corner and shoot from there, they think that you are where they saw you last, you can really catch a bunch by surprise easy.
