For me the best part is Multiplayer. Got over 3000 hours in it since release, all with my friend.

There was a lot of effort put into it and you can really tell.
CoD4 was pretty good, looked great, action wasn't horrible fast, at least in Hardcore mode, the modern warfare scene was still newish
Then, like EA with Madden, they just slap on a new number to the title and re-release it, each time giving the humans more horsepower and speed at which to run
I think he meant that COD4 was the last good one, and the franchise died after that
