Didn't think 3mb would kill your internet. I have shitty DSL and it takes me about 3 seconds to DL the image. And I never claimed it to be cinematic.

Alright, since the gif was going slow i'm only going to assume you was recording it at 60 FPS? Whenever i've done that and tried to make a gif out of it, it's slow, so i record at 50 FPS instead, says it's recording at 60 though for some reason.
I don't really have slowdown with 50 FPS unless the game goes slow on me, again, that doesn't happen often either.

to be honest the rage pictures got jpg raped a bit it looks better than those screens but in the same vein some textures just make me want to cry with how terrible they are a double edged sword i suppose.
