there is nothing done in that picture other than color correction which does almost nothing at all, it just makes it look different, not better or worse necessarily ENB is still shit and it will always be shit because it's a horrible, inefficient D3D hook, there has been no improvement to it whatsoever it still plasters on horrible effects like (REALLY SHITTY) SSAO, sharpen, motion blur and depth of field at the cost of half your framerate (btw ENB supports the same shit it did with San Andreas that it supports with all these other games now, the only thing that has been added is a really fucking retarded method of SSAA)

I mean, I've never driven an F1 car or the Audi R18, but it feels good so far. If I had to compare it with anything right now, it's kinda like Shift 2 minus the floaty feeling. It's hard to get cars to power oversteer but it can be done. I have faith in them, though. There's a lot of feedback from the "investors" so if they want to make us happy they'll make the dream sim everyone is hoping of.
