Pretty much yeah if you have photoshop you can use File>Automate>Photomerge

Whenever you make a Panorama, take the screenshots as PNG Files with Fraps then save the Panorama as a Jpeg with the quality at 100%, that way you don't lose any quality and it's a smaller file size.

I loved the atmosphere in Fallout 3, it had so much more oomph than NV. Fallout 3 was really fun to explore in, but NV had the better combat mechanics and weapon progression. I really want a mod that brings back the "oh fuck" factor when you are new to the game and have no idea what to do, just walking in the wasteland with 13 hunting rifle bullets and 3 stimpacks.
Fifa 12's impact engine is amazing.
