if you're not looking at any of the textures within 5m of you it looks fucking amazing, better than crysis

and the outdoor sections look spermtacular, it's just a shame the actual textures are flat and undetailed when you get close

There's absolutely no mouse lag as long as the game runs at 50+ FPS for some reason,30 FPS or so is unplayable (can't even aim properly)
Someone with a PC as good as yours should have no problems running it maxed out at well above 80 FPS
Seriously, if you liked it play it again but from your own PC this time, not through onlive, you won't be disappointed

when i got a wqhd monitor i played it again and was disappointed at the quality of the models and textures, iirc the pc version uses 2k textures hopefully they increase that for the sequal

Appreciate the offer, but I already have parts picked out. Recently picked up a GTX 460 1GB and I've got a new motherboard, 8GB of DDR3 1600 and I'm debating between an Athlon X4 or an X6. Really, all I need is the money at this point. :v:

That said, even with the other parts being a bit of a bottleneck, I'm perfectly capable of running Starcraft 2 (cinematic and ingame) at a 40+FPS maxed out, every Unreal Engine 3 game can be maxed out, Just Cause 2 looks gorgeous...there are very few games which are borderline unplayable on my rig. Matter of fact, the only two that I have not been able to get an acceptable framerate on are Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3 (which doesn't run at all).
