With these issues, it's always something being forced on in Catalyst. Go find it and disable it.
I don't even use the CCC, I use Tray Tools. Far more options... But I can't find that one. It's making me sad

I don't have that issue with my 5770.
Could you try using RadeonPro as video card controls? I use it and haven't had those problems.

The problem I have with Two Worlds II is your player's Arm length
It's just... They slapped your normal body with midget arms and they look so stupid. So stupid it's all I can focus on and look at and can't enjoy the game
The game itself isn't too bad. Its magic system is really fucking awesome

Fixed my transparency issues. I just rolled back to 10.7 Display Drivers instead of using the 11.9
