I use the crazy ass good and easy method from the OP. With some tweaks on the brightness and blur.
For the smoothness... well i absolutely don't know. My guess is the 120hz thing is doing cool sex with FRAPS or Virtualdub. Cause obviously, my Metro 2033, like everyone in this world, isn't running at 120 FPS maxed out :v: .
