Well unfortunately you'll be playing at just about the same framerate as that image if you use Morrowind Graphics Extender with so many mods, just a forewarning :v:
For some reason I really don't like Brorrowind. I feel like it shoves too much visual shit in, I prefer a much more simple Morrowind, with some texture packs and new trees.
