I remember driving the aircraft carrier and raming it into another aircraft carrier and battleship.
Both of them got sunk by me.
But all the aircraft on my carrier tipped over.

this reminds me of when some guy beached the U.S. carrier on the main island in midway and a weird physics glitch caused the ship to stand almost straight up for five minutes straight. the aircraft carriers are massive and the japanese team who were defending the main island were shitting bricks to say the least. i think a remember a b17 crashing into it when it was trying to land too
I loved AA gun launching in that game.

They're still using the IW3 engine?
They're still using the IW3 engine?
did you really expect any different?
They're still using the IW3 engine?
I'm rating you dumb, not because you are, but because you're question was. Of course they are. Along with the same animations, textures, models and effects.
I'm rating you dumb, not because you are, but because you're question was. Of course they are. Along with the same animations, textures, models and effects.
I was expecting them to rename it to IW4 or IW5 and add a tidbit of new stuff for the sake of somebody not realizing it's the same freaking thing. Seriously, they made IW3 in 2006, you can't really make an excuse over not upgrading the engine now.
Yeah they use the same engine, they've used the same engine since CoD2, what's the problem with re-using an engine? There is really no need for a new engine when it comes to CoD anyways.
Re-used textures, animations and models is a different thing though :v:

COD1*
COD1*
Very well, CoD1 then.
I'm pretty sure the "IW3 engine" is still just a heavily modified id Tech 3, so yeah basically since the first CoD they've been using the exact same engine.
Honestly though, that's not nearly as noticeable as the reused models, sound effects, visual effects and textures that are blatantly apparent in MW3. It's almost like they know that they don't even need to try anymore or something.
Nope
It's still the same engine.
It's still the same engine.
Except CoD is IW1 engine, CoD is IW2 and CoD4 is IW3. Honestly kids. I know we're bandwagoning against that game with good reason, but please don't sound stupid. The other camp will latch onto that like piranhas. Just look how Owned Palin is in general for a good example of what not knowing what you're talking about can do.
