How do I change my FOV to that? May sound ridiculous but low FOV's like bioshock 2 give me headaches.

[release]There's currently no way to change this setting in-game, so you'll need to update your settings.ini file manually. The default location is "My Documents\BFBC2". Open it with notepad and find the line that says something like "fov=55", change the number and save the file. If you can't find this line, you'll need to add it yourself. Just make sure it's somewhere under "[Graphics]".[/release]

Default FOV in most of games is okay for me as long as I'm playing on a wide screen.

It is, but I think 75-80 is best, because in those shots above you begin seeing warping and using sights on weapons is almost pointless
