I hate UE3
I have a GTX 570 yet I always have FPS problems with any games running on it, like Tribes Ascend for example
the game runs at like 40 FPS on max in a full server (no anti aliasing), but I can play BF3 on ultra and get 50-60 FPS
I shudder to think how Arkham City is going to run
i think that card is going to not be around for long, something about the fact that people are always talking about having issues with it has tipped me off in that direction
my next purchase will be a 580 or 590 if i do purchase within this year... by christmas, they will be into the 600 series

That doesn't make any sense to me at all. I'm running an AMD Dual-core 2.6ghz with a GeForce 460 1GB, and I can get every single UE3 game I encounter to run at a constant 60fps with 16xAA.
i was about to say that too, i have a 550 Ti and it runs u3 real good
most of the u3 games are crap tho and its a shame, cause you think youre gonna get a good game out of such a nice robust engine like that. only the base game is good, but it isnt really popular now, and most of the community are a bunch of big head jerks, unfortunately

see personally I thought mirrors edge was a cool concept with poor execution, where as bulletstorm was almost the opposite
it was trying to mix too much between modern and oldschool feel, and while they pulled it off nicely (in my opinion) the general concept of that was a bit mis-leading,I feel too many people expected it to play like duke nukem 3D or something.

I feel the same way about mirrors edge, but bulletstorm seemed like the devs were going "yeah, our game has lots of sex jokes and language, are we cool yet?".

I didn't enjoy Bioshock, felt like a console player's kind of game. Didn't bother with 2. Mass Effect 1 wasn't very good at all honestly. 2 was good. GoW was terrible and basically a thirdperson Call of Duty that Microsoft fanboys obsessed over. Never played the Arkham series. Mirror's Edge was okay, if a bit gimmicky. Bulletstorm was bad bad bad.
