Depends on how it's used. Gears of War 3 made excellent use of its lighting engine, but the textures sucked something awful. Conversely, Arkham City's textures are fantastic and detailed but the lighting feels a little dated.

You can use a glitch to customise that tank, and other tanks in your garage. Except changing the wheel size breaks it and adding the spikes also causes them to extended further than the vehicle.
I've been on the internet long enough to know where this is going.
