I remember reading something about using a console command to change your gender to female then changing back to get rid of it, you should look up the command on a wiki, I saw it somewhere.

go into first person and let the people shoot some more bolts at you, should fix it up. make sure you're in first person
OR press tilde to view the console, type sexchange two times and you're good to go

I was swimming around in a pond, looking for slaughterfish eggs (like a good little wood elf) and I emerge from the depths to see this wonderful sight:

I clear out that cave which was mostly full of bandits (and a huge ass sabre cat) and, upon exiting, was greeted by hired thugs. Of course, I dispatch of them also, and while looting their corpse(s), I stumble across this note... HOW THE FUCK AM I GOING TO FIND OUT WHICH ONE HIRED TO KILL ME?!
