Well really it's more like 6-10 hours. Like I said, the timer at the loading screens only says how much time has been spent on successful races. If I crash, it resets.

Yeah I'm not a fan of it, it'd be great if someone figured out a way to get rid of it. Or at least make them smaller. The engine itself feels like it's showing it's age a bit now, but still looks good.

I doubt it has anything to do with them thinking it's more cinematic, they just were too lazy to make the game support other aspect ratios properly. I don't get any letter boxing in Assassins Creed with a 16:9 monitor.

dark brotherhood helm screws up the aesthetic but it's actually useful
also the gloves are shit compared to the dark brotherhood gloves, a 20% bonus is crap compared to a 200% bonus stacking on top of the 1500% bonus you already have if you've put any amount of points into sneak, and if you're in a straight fight as a stealth character then you're playing the game wrong anyway

I mean illusion is cool for stealth and all but if you're a stealth oriented character illusion magic is useless, where the spells in illusion become redundant.
