They said that they did. The beta currently has only UMP-45 out of SMGs but on a local game expo I've tried some out and they're pretty damn powerful. Valve told the community that they wanted every weapon to be useful instead of everyone going AK47, M4A1, Desert Eagle and AWP.

CS:GO looks good in still images but I think it looks and feels just as bad as CS:S. Mainly the movement itself, it feels like L4D2, which was fine but not for competitive.

Been playing Vindictus lately. For a free mmo it's pretty fun. It's a cross between Monster Hunter, God of War, and some wrestling game where you pile drive people into stuff.

you make armor at the blacksmiths, to be honest that took me a while to figure out as well
game is fun, but I reckon it would be more fun with friends, whom I didn't play it with

I do have friends, that read a little wrong
part of the problem is that Vindictus EU didn't come out in europe until a few months back whereas Vindictus in america has been out for a year yet they still exist as two seperate games, therefore I can't play with my american friends

The UMP was my favorite, good to see it's actually useful now.
Actually it was pretty useful in CS:S in the right hands, but you're really gimping yourself if you use it.
