it was one of my games were I mostly sit back and watch after manipulating the AI a bit, I started the game in '36 and made Japan declare war on the States for the pacific islands war goal.
When the Spanish Civil war popped up had France and UK fight Nationalist Spain. Japan decalred war on China, so their forces were devided. US annexed Japan around 38-39. When Germany got around to declaring war on the Allies (a Limited war at that so they had no allies in the fight) in '41 a couple months later the Soviet's declared war on the Axis so Germany had 2 fronts to worry about off the start.
2-3 years later Italy finally decided to join in but they got steam rolled by the Brits and France so now the allies had access to Germany from the South. France punched through the western lines and conquered Germany, then Italy both in '45.
There was peace at last. Then I got bored and made the Commies declare war on the allies which resulted in the images above.
