I've been working with the latest ENB v0.1 and I love the added options, there's even day/night settings. Unfortunately though, there's an issue with the shadows when you zoom out of third person, they start strobing like a techno concert, even with vanilla config. It also worsens in 'tfc' as well, does anyone else get this?
Because, if this is happening for anyone else other than me, then I can't really my latest config out, it'll make the game unplayable.

Some good old Streets of Rage Remake. I'm playing the guy jumping. This was the last hit which killed the boss on the fourth stage, after finishing the game you get to see all those hits for every boss. I love this game. Played SoR2 for the Sega Megadrive ALL the time as a kid. Good times.

Horrible at them as well, most of the time I just watch the AI duke it out. I don't think I've ever played a proper game straight though haha.

only one of those i was ever good at was rise of nations, at which i used to kick ass
i would literally go into multiplayer, play 4 or 5 matches and win all of them easy and people always thought i was cheating

Looks great. Have an artistic.
I changed my config to suit a more realistic color set, now the blue shades are more suppressed. The day/night cycles are also a lot more believable. To top it all off I favored playability over image quality, so the framerate won't be as low as previous.
But since the shadow bug can't be helped until the next patch, I have to put progress on hold. In the meantime here's a sneak peak.

Honestly i appreciate your work and the fact that your share. Don't get me wrong, it's cool and everything, but on the other hand i find the visual quality kinda bland imo.

I don't really like the way AI functions sometimes in HoI3, so I prefer to manage all units by hand. I still find it more fun and easier to understand than HoI2, tho. If you ask me, the interface is also better.
