Underrated is just another expression for "Everyone else doesn't like this", like overrated is another expression for "I'm the only one who doesn't like this". I doubt PayDay is "underrated" though, it's been getting pretty good feedback so far.

Well for me, one of the most " underrated " ( popularity wise ) game it's by far Shattered Horizon. Looks fucking great, innovative gameplay, innovative features, big maps. But guess what ? No one plays it. All the servers are empty. It's like no one knows this game. Too bad cause it's a great product.

I don't call games overrated/underrated because of what I just said about the two terms, but I didn't like Half Life 2. Everyone else did. Doesn't mean I have to go out and say it's overrated, it's not. And Shattered Horizon had the problem that it didn't get any kind of publicity.

And that it needeed DirectX10 to run when everybody was still using XP. And that it needeed a nice gaming PC to run.
