I just went in to steam today and looked at "Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition" and it say's I own it. I do have GTAIV but where do I find EFLC? It's not in my library

You buy it.
You start GTAIV and then choose from the launcher, usually.

Actually isn't, I believe GSC allows these kind of things aslong as it isn't sold. I believe someone ported STALKER guns to fallout new vegas and GSC gave him permission.

Most likely blurry because of the way the engine uses DoF/AA or something.

you don't need to throw your opinion at every screenshot posted. I personally don't like minecraft, I've never found it entertaining, or the graphics as charming as everyone says they are, but I don't spout my opinion of it every time a screenshot of it is posted.

Can we please not have any more Skyrim ENB stuff or Skyrim screenshots at all for that matter? The whole web seems so saturated with just SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM I don't even want to play it anymore because everything I've seen the last few weeks is just SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM. God damn it. Does anyone else feel like the game was annoyingly popular on launch and the weeks after?
