It does launch, I can turn on any effect that's available, but when I do, I get random graphical glitches on the screen. Like, if I turn SSAO on, I get random black dots, which, I assume, is supposed to be the ambient occlusion on my screen. If I turn motion blur on, the whole screen is like "FFFFUUUCK", etc. etc.
It is probably not very optimized for your card or it cant handle it.

Meh, probably quality ATI drivers shitting over just like it did with Gothic 3 (turn on shadow filtering = shadow artefacts everywhere).
