I use WeGame and just upload the videos to YouTube. You have to make an account, but it's decent software.
Have some DX10 Ultra screens. They're at 800x600 because that is the only res I can run it at Ultra with a smooth frame rate lol.

For some reason it feels like Fraps is capturing Dirt 3 at a lower brightness/higher contrast then it shows on my screen. Just started happening too.

Xfire records gameplay in great quality (I'd say the same quality as FRAPS or better) Since your framerate will most likely drop by 30-40% I'd suggest making Xfire record to a external drive or something.
You can either upload the xfire videos to Xfires own website or just go to the folder with the gameplay file you recorded and upload it to youtube. If I remember correctly, Xfire doesnt have really big filesizes like FRAPS (3-5GB for 1-2 minutes with FRAPS)
720p video I recorded went 1.1gb at 2:30 minutes uncompressed.
