I hate to say we are currently experiencing issues with our control panels as we are migrating somethings around to make it more modular for bigger expansion in the future

You set your username, it should be your minecraft username if you followed instructions... your password has been emailed to you..

There we go, for some reason I first got the email delivered today. However when I replied to it I got an automated message from you saying the message could not be delivered, that's odd.

we have been working on getting automated email ticketing but arent quite there yet, we know its been done before and its nothing special but we are still racking our brains on it... AND honestly we are focused more on our service rather than support system

So we have some smaller customers leaving ( on good terms of course) We ave some more space opening up and can sell up to 16 gigs for next month if you are interested please make an order or submit and ticket for more information

Actually we are doing quite well, why don't you just log in to the website and continue your ticket like the other 99% of our customers?... This isn't a bug or a shortcoming on our part. We don't offer email replies to our support, nor do we advertise that we do.

Your offensive attitude is not really helping you, the reply you even gave me made no sense in the email. No where it told me to log in to the site to keep track on the ticket, I went to the support section like any other would probably do and it told me it was sorted via [B]email[/B].
I haven't even ordered anything, can't even find the log in and I've seen you post "problems at the moment, trying to fix". Why tell us your stuff is not currently working, maybe that should be "top-notch" as you [B]DO[/B] advertise.
Our stuff is absolutely great. we haven't had a single customer leave us for reasons related to our quality... (mostly they get bored with mc)
IN other news we added some more IPs to our second node and now we can sell more dedicated Ips on it.. sorry for that delay.
