Hey guys got live support if anyone needs it
Hi! I bought a server from you today and then cancelled it because I am not impressed with how I did not get an invoice or receipt before OR after paying. I am also not impressed with the server performance. You claim to have FTB on quick install but only have a jar called "FTB 1.6.4". Which doesn't have a preloaded setting for on the FTB launcher. You also decided to make my username for multicraft the coupon code I entered. I ask for a refund!!

we provide the jars, you upload the pack, if you don't know how you can make a support ticket and we can do it asap

I'm sorry but we don't offer refunds, its not a good way to business small scale or everyone would ask for a refund.
i've made a ticket on the day you signed up (check spam), you can further discuss technical issues that you have and i can address them.
I believe that is rather unfair
that you claim to have FTB ready to go and you actually don't. Maybe you could avoid angry customers by providing a test server for them to test their connection on.
What do you mean, everyone would ask for a refund... I ordered the server and tested it, and simply decided that the performance was not satisfactory! So in essence, you're only damaging yourself and your reputation by not offering refunds.
I checked my email spam folder, and I still don't have my invoice OR receipt.
I again respectfully request that I be refunded the amount paid for the server.

maybe you filled out the form wrong and didn't put in an email address, you did put a promocode as your username.

we understand that you'd like a refund, if you rent a car and don't like it you don't get a refund, you are renting a service, you didn't buy a product on amazon and return it. We cannot successfully operate a business where we lease something and then give back the money, we simply can't.

Using your analogy: If I rent a car and I drive it out of the lot and something breaks on it that makes the car unusable, you can turn right round and get a refund.

Okay, I'm getting tired of Nickfost treating his customers like dirt on his boots. I've requested for a mod to close this thread, so he can go make his own. If he wants to destroy his company, let him do so under his own name and thread.
