Found some pretty good WH40k art, at long last. Why is it so fucking hard to find good art?

You're being sarcastic, right? Just look at those fucking proportions

I said they were pretty good. Good enough, and I don't think proportions really apply to a motherfucking Space Marine.

thunder thighs
t-rex arms
You know, bad jokes aside, why haven't any Marine/Inquisitor ever placed small turrets into their pauldrons? It would be freaking glorious!

Tech heresy.

Dark Age of Technology Tech.
t-rex arms
That's how they are though. The legs are large enough to support the power armour, but the arms only need to hold the bolter.
Well I guess they never need to be able to touch the ground with their arms do they
Send midgets with powerknives to fight them, instant victory

What if they fall over?
Hands should reach to the middle of the thigh, they seem to do that in most of the artwork.

O hey, this makes Ratling's useful. Somehow.
Also, dem Power Boots. They are made for stomping shits into the ground.
yeah i bought codex today and it is great fun to read, all models and stuff is bit confusing as i dont know whats good and whats bad but the only thing i dont like is the flying things the space marines have and bikers but bikers i dont like mostly because of bikes, is it possible to make it fun like say using dinosaurs as mount instead of bike but use as count as? is this against the rules or would such a thing even be possible?
i dont use games workshop paints i use some acrylic paints my sister has to paint paintings it works good i think but i need to thin paints more i think still

oh i have placed one of those at his right leg i think i took pictures showing that but maybe not

missile launchers look like a really good weapon and i think they look cool it looks like i can give devastators alot of missile launchers but maybe i should get a devastator kit and build like you say?
thanks for the link it is almost like this site but not as good looking but hopefully it is as helpful as this forum, thanks too for not getting mad at my bad english skills i am good at reading it but writing i still have problem with grammar
You can use something else as a mount and make it count as a biker, although you may not be allowed to do that in official tournaments. What's good and what's bad really depends on what army you will be going against, so building an army suitable against most things would be a good idea.
Using normal acrylic paints is your problem. Games Workshop (Or any sort of similar paint) is a different sort of paint made specifically for the purpose of painting the models.

Proportions matter to everything, even the Heavy in Team Fortress 2 has correct proportions even if it doesn't look like it because of the art style.
It's really not difficult to find good art:
Care to share some links?
Haven't got links, just a folder full of pictures on my pc. I'll upload some. What army should it be for?

Imperial guard, Tyranids, and a few Space Marines would be nice.
So I just bought Space Marine. Anything I should know?

Titus is a woman, your comrades are closet worshippers of Khorne and the Orks are shelling Terra with gretchins.
Perform lots of executions if you want to satisfy the blood god.
A little ticked off that the boxes for my boyz, which have in six different languages, bolded, "this box contains 11 ork boyz" comes with 10 bases.
Eh wot?
One of them rides on the back of another Ork
One of them rides on the back of another Ork
Oh yeah, I must have missed the part where it says "Nobz never have to walk anywhere, glue them onto the shoulders of a slave-boy"
What if they fall over?
They stand up. We are talking about the proportions of power armour. And it's hard to make a space marine fall down because the armour's feet cover such a large area.

Misprint? Since Boyz come in boxes of 10
Imperial guard, Tyranids, and a few Space Marines would be nice.
Here's a few: http://imgur.com/a/w4ZCU
Really couldn't see much Tyranid art - Think i had three in the Tyranid folder but i haven't organized it all yet.

10 + Nob
[editline]13th January 2012[/editline]
They used to be boxes of 20!

So did Cadians. Everything was alot cheaper when i started 8 years ago.
Misprint? Since Boyz come in boxes of 10
It's not a misprint, they photoshopped the box, removed one picture of a boy, and started throwing one less base in each box.
Why do you make it so hard for me to like you gamesworkshop.

Price of plastic goes down, price of models goes up.
The fuck economy?
