Makes it stick better and around some deeper recesses it gives it depth.
Yes, prime them. And wash finecast and metals before priming.

Alright, I'll do that as soon as I can
General GW thread :D
So my local game store is having a kill-team tournament on the 21st, I'm really hoping I manage to get the day off so I can use my highly annoying kill-team and see how it fares against what the other players have to offer.
My kill-team consists of 1 squad of 30 Gretchin + 3 Runtherds, and another squad of 20 Gretchin and 2 Runtherds (200 points exactly and fits the 0-2 Troops limit).
Hnnnng. Death Korps of Krieg look so fucking bad ass. But I live in America and the euro is so expensive.

Look how cool that commissar is. :frown:
Hmm. I'm hearing reports of Ward denying writing the Tau codex.
MY FLUFF LIVES TO HAVE RELICS GET STOLEN FROM ANOTHER DAY.
Necron lord keeps teleporting into my base.
Quick fix - SET UP ROCKET TURRETS EVERYWHERE
Except that there is that stupid turret limit.
Except that there is that stupid turret limit.
Which is tied to the number of HQ's you have.
more HQ's more turrets.
OP shoud mention the awesome art wh40k has, also.

Suddenly Tau becomes number 1 played race.

I read that it's not Ward writting it.
I hope they don't go for the Tau being controlled by Pheremones idea.
Alpharius quickly developed a unique approach to Astartes operations, focusing on the philosophies of initiative and flexibility, as well as extensive use of subterfuge and non-Astartes specialist operatives. This multitudinous, almost unstructured approach rankled with Roboute Guilliman, Primarch of the Ultramarines, leading him to question Alpharius' approach to fighting.Around two years before the beginning of the Heresy, Alpharius Omegon was apparently contacted by members of a Xenos organisation called the Cabal, who brought to him visions of the impending civil war within the Imperium, and expanded knowledge of the nature and designs of Chaos.
It is believed that the Cabal convinced Alpharius that the only way to permanently defeat Chaos was to ensure that Horus was victorious. It is perhaps for this reason that Alpharius Omegon, secretly true to the Imperium and loyal to the Emperor, may have chosen to join the heretics.1
If I ever get Chaos I know what Chapter to play.
Has anyone got Deliverance Lost yet? Is it any good?

Frankly, you may as well use the SM Codex and SM models, they're the least chaosy of the chaos legions.

They use Daemons and Heretics. The Night Lords "shouldn't" by the fluff, but apparently they summon Furies.
I'm back everyone, and I got something special for you all.
I was experimenting with many different color schemes for my 'nids and I found something I like. Tell me what you think!

As you can see, he's a tad shiny.

If you do a nice old-fashioned blend from red at the tip of the blades to bright orange at the bottom it would look nice IMO. The body is waaaay to dark hoever.
I like the dark body. Most people paint Nids like they were some kind of party pinata, and it looks ridiculous. I would blend the transition more.
Dark body is fine, but in that picture you can't even see any details
Thinking about changing the content of the first post.
So it would be:
W40K/GW TableTop
General Games (Killteam, Videos etc)
Dawn of War 1/2
Space Marine
Dark Millenium
Smaller RP part
So smaller summary of Roleplay, much more for TableTop, fewer screenshots, more information for the rest.
Not sure though. Any ideas? Or should i just leave it as it is?
Just call it Warhammer general

Can't do that without either making a new thread, or waiting until this one is finished.

Pft. Closet loyalists.

YEAH. IT IS SURE GOOD TO SERVE THE CHAOS GODS BEING ETERNALLY BOUND POST DEATH. OH THE LOYALIST BASTARDS WE SHALL KILL... YEAH.
RIGH... UGH, DEATH TO THE FALSE EMPEROR, EH BROTHERS?
I'm gonna play blood angels. closet-heretics.
And play them against anyone playing alpha legion in a game of warcloset40k

Cool and all but needs highlights on the body. IT's just a dark mess.

Ask a mod to change the title?
Can't do that without either making a new thread, or waiting until this one is finished.
Or asking a mod. ;)
Just call it Warhammer general
That would imply Warhammer fantasy too, and that's boring.
That would imply Warhammer fantasy too, and that's boring.
It has it's merits.
Also, JohnyMo1 is busy. The Emperor has abandoned you!
That would imply Warhammer fantasy too, and that's boring.
That's bullshit. It's not boring. Just because that's your opinion doesn't mean that the thread can't be Warhammer Fantasy too.
That would imply Warhammer fantasy too, and that's boring.
I disagree.
There's good fluff for Fantasy aswell as for 40k.
