I mean, the easier difficulties are probably OK, but just a warning.
it was indeed horrible
This is the only taiko vid I've posted on youtube, recording osu is a bitch so it's usually not worth the effort. [hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFjtrcIiJ14[/hd]
how do i into tablet do i hover and use keys? do i tap? how do i hold?
I personally hover and use z/x when tableting, hold it like a normal pen, but twist your wrist a bit up so it is never touching it, your hand is like the buffer so you don't accidently tap
Got my first S rank today, and I beat a 4 star song. Feels good man. I actually feel like i'm beginning to understand this game.
Wow I just found out that my mouse DPI is lower than the usual so now I have to change it and readjust to the higher DPI. Oh the pain!
When I try to play the regular osu the game doesnt pick up my mouse for some reason.. Does anyone else has this issue?
Wow I just found out that my mouse DPI is lower than the usual so now I have to change it and readjust to the higher DPI. Oh the pain!
I play at 300DPI. Step it up.
I'm getting "no records set" on all maps what happen? [editline]5th August 2013[/editline] LOLO NEVERMIND
I play at 300DPI. Step it up.
how big is your desk, you must be tossing your mouse across it to make some of those harder jumps [editline]5th August 2013[/editline] add me to the list btw: http://osu.ppy.sh/u/stevec
Oh hey I'm the third osu!mania player in Estonia. I'm sure the top two can't be THAT far ahead of me, let's just get to work an- Well fuck
It's not hard when you play at 800x600, there's not really any point in playing at a higher resolution.
It's not hard when you play at 800x600, there's not really any point in playing at a higher resolution.
I enjoy moving my hand a lot and having my whole 32 inch screen filled with osu. It just feels right you know
I actually noticed that I play at 1024x768 rather than 800x600 but I'm so used to it that there's no point changing it and most backgrounds still look fine so it's all good
Behold. My de-synced osu! play that had to be dubbed over with obviously as intense classical music.
800x600 is easier? I thought 1024x768 was the best resolution (for regular, atleast).
I don't think there is a "best resolution", just one that fits the player best. I explained it in my osu! help thread pretty well. Here's the thread, and the image I used http://osu.ppy.sh/forum/t/99612&start=0
1600 x 900, fullscreen, 800 DPI
my monitor's resolution is set to 1280x1024@85hz (yea i don't even) but I normally play Osu! windowed at 1280x800 for recording purposes and I recently got myself a new mouse so I normally have that set to 4000DPI
There should totally be more difficulty levels. Just having every song that's "not easy" under 5 stars is annoying :(
Let's annoy Taggart and make everything [Another]
everything made by phoebe*numbersgohere* Best of No.1 Hits: Gold Dust (kill us all now)

In the meantime you can use http://osutp.net/beatmaps if you want them now. From what was said the official will likely work in about the same way.
everything made by phoebe*numbersgohere* Best of No.1 Hits: Gold Dust (kill us all now)
It's for the best.
(sorry for the skype sounds) I need to get better, help! I feel like I don't improve after thousands of plays; This is the best play I've had in a while.

With a low sensitivity/high res the physical area where you can successfully hit a note is much larger, but will require more movement to reach.
Someone teach me how to not get 100s on sliders. I can take single notes spaced further apart that are faster, but some sliders fairly close to each other just break my combo.
we be playin' some MP now, come if you want Room is FP OSU, pass is "nigtits"
Kay.
