I play every style depending on my mood. Mouse only is fun on maps with really stacked streams.
Today I tried my luck on Yousei Teikoku - Kokou no Sousei [Insane] once again. Halfway through my stamina ran out and both my pen-holding and key-tapping hand began to hurt. Though I wasn't ready to be defeated by this monstrosity of beatmap yet! As I kept clicking circles with all the power that was still remaining in my body I failed horribly at a rather simple part due to lack of concentration. As I screamed in despair I dropped my almighty weapon onto the battlefield and swore to myself that the next time I'll play this beast it'll be conquered! Huzzah!

I ordered an Intuos Pen for drawing, then I remembered I can use it for osu. I'm not sure which reason is making me more excited for it to arrive.
I hate how the current pp system is totally not accurate at all. Over the course of the last month I have gotten so much better, being able to pass beatmaps I've never thought about passing before and yet my rank hasn't changed at all. One friend of mine is like 10k positions under me even though we are both at the same skill level(Our MP sessions always end in a head-to-head race). The thing is that he plays a lot of hard difficulties and places in top 500 while I am only playing insanes which I pass with either a B or A rating, because hards simply aren't challenging at all for me and I can't be arsed to spend my time playing non-challenging maps just to farm pp. It's not that I really mind that much, but it's still a bummer.

We should have some kind of "facepunch weekly osu! chart", where we announce some maps at the start of the week (say 3 normals, 3 hards, 3 insanes, 3 other). Possibly mania/taiko/ctb maps if anyone has time to find some.
It'd be a nice thing to get the thread going, people posting scores more and whatnot. It's also a great way to give newbies some nice maps (please, the mania maps, plsss).
i don't mind finding some mania maps,
but i wouldn't be much help with the other modes

Okay it took a little while as I had to play through all of the songs again to find out what their difficulties actually were. Although I skimped out on the non-7K diffs, so i'll try to find more of those for the next one.
