Great game today everyone, Psygo Hansen, Reddy, JonBons, FoeHammer, ThePaws3D, skullz and rebel. Also Foley, a great Squad Leader. Hope we can play more together. Also hansen great to have you in Havoc Unit, really good job ingame also.
As I've been writing before, just add my steam and we can play some. I can play tactical on a very high level but also still have fun.

Also we had a great fun on ventrilo.
Last night, two of my friends and I spent 30 minutes driving from base to a town, an hour scoping out the town and trying to figure out how to attack, and 30 seconds missing the BMP with an RPG, shooting 3 out of the 9 patrolling troops, and getting murdered.
I love ArmA

Looking for a tactical bunch of people to play Domiation with. I dont want people who play just to play, I want players thatw ant tactical teamwork and always support eachother. Really hard to actually find tactical teamworking players now days. To many players that think that you just go in to the AO, shoot some and then dies some, respawn and then jump in again. If you do it tactical and have medics with you. Then you dont have to do a respawn at all.

Ugh I hate the lag, when this game lags it really lags.
I was chasing an Mi-8 in my Wildcat when suddenly it warps back and explodes in my face. ;(
It also sucks to have your connection lost when you're flying a full load of people and you can't do anything as the chopper keels over and crashes into the ground.

What's the must have view distance in arma2 and OA?
And what are the graphical settings that don't do anything and uselessy waste resources?
got a new pc and trying to optimize arma
I guess the must have view distance is around 3km.
If you play infantary you can easily do with 1 km.

because hiding behind a wooden gate will save a squad of soldiers
when I play on the taw servers I put the "view distance" stuff on the server on 5000, and in my settings I have visibility on the max which is what I thought was view distance?
Post processing takes quite a bit of power, AA isn't really needed too. View distance 3 to 5km. Just mix and match the other settings till you find something good.
Anyone up for some missions? I can go with both Warfare and Domination. I have allot of you guys who have added me, and I hope you enjoyed playing with me as much as I enjoyed playing with you.
