I really want to get back into mission making and scripting for arma2 as i was finally grasping some of it, but doing things that are so easy in other languages just end up really long winded and annoying in bi's arma2 whatever they call it scripting language.
If there is going to be any A2/OA Profan/FP mission events in the near future, count me in. It's been a while since I've last time played this online.

When I still played Chernarus Life you could apply speed upgrades to boats; sticking the largest one on the fishing trawler would let it sail at a speed of at least 100 km/h (I forgot the exact number, but it was probably higher). Unfortunately, it also prevented you from turning at all until you reached the default max speed (30 km/h or so), and slowing down took an extremely long time. How would I go about removing the noise that happens when you use a larger weapon with ACE? I know its realistic but its sooooo annoying.

And ArmA 3 will have proper 1st person animations, right?
Profan, you should start hosting some games again.
ArmA 2 can be like the funnest game I have at times since it's so sandboxy, but without other people to fuck around with in the game it gets stale quickly.
I really wish we could get some people to play something that isn't Warfare or Domination.
Maybe some Insurgency or something.
i wish we could have some simple town scale PVP missions.
Also it would be pretty great to test drive the SMK anims, not alot of servers use that mod.
I loved it when we had AAS PVP night on the profan's server during summer.
I might be making a few missions again.
So no mods will be needed :v:

Finally got mine updated and installed, I want to play online but until my phone company upgrades our lines here I only have a 3mb/s speed. Once the upgrade happens I'll have 24mb/s, just gotta wait and see what happens.
