Combined Operations is at version 1.54 if I read correctly on their homepage.
I bought a 450 GTS Superclocked edition and I still can't run this game on max. Maybe when I get my 3.4 Ghz quad I'll be able to, since it's mostly processor heavy. Should've gone for the 460 GTX. What do you guys think? I know its a very heavy game, but I shouldn't be getting 20 FPS on domination without post processing, anti-aliasing, shadows, or anistropic filtering.
Also, what are you guys all running? PC wise.
Got a GTX 560 Ti and a duo core Intel processor.
I can run everything on Very High, but I need to have visibility below the 2000 mark or else my computer would explode. I get decent FPS too.

ARMA 2 is 1.09, Arrowhead is 1.59.
If you have Combined Ops, you only need the OA 1.59 patch, that will patch everything, including the DLC.
Also I play it with everything on high except for AA, and 4000 view distance whenever I can choose it, in multiplayer the mission defines what view distance everyone will have. Some of them let you change it through the mission though, like domination. (Q9450 @ 3,2 and HD6870)

Try defragging your game files.
Anyone know of any good horror-ish coop mods/levels? Me and my buddy spent a few hours yesterday crapping ourselves on the new coop version of Namalsk Crisis and wanted to get some more horror things set up. :v:

Read on their forum that arma performs better when using 2 cores, even on a quad core. Maybe the same for hexacores?

What resolution are you playing at? You could probably put it at a low resolution in windowed mode, and that would get you some room to bump up the quality a tad, plus some extra FPS.
