Take a .44, it's cheaper and only weighs 2.
1 handcannon: 4 block
dual: 4 block
Weight system needs to be fixed
And i have no idea why dual handcannon has damage bonus... More bullets more damage?
The .44 seems better than the Handcannon imo.
Plus it looks cool in first person

Dem animations.
Anyone heard MaleThree voice yet? Sound like Americans and shitty.
So, what's the servers everyone/FP is playing on? Pubs are really hit or miss, and I want some consistent casual team games.

From what I've seen just post in here you're gonna be on one of the servers in the OP. I joined one without telling anybody and it was lonely so I bought a friend. He's a Law rocket launcher and currently laying somewhere in Mountain Pass.
Didn't equip him, just let him watch my back. Thank you Lawrence, we went through some serious shit after that helicopter crash.
Jesus christ I love the fire cannon. I feel so loved as a Firebug now. Just charge up and blammo, everything on fire in a 10 mile radius. It even fucking stuns, so Zerks seem to enjoy me more. And I get to be all clint eastwood with my revolver. I am credit to team.
The .44 seems better than the Handcannon imo.
I can never seem to get headshots with the .44, least with the sights. Handcannon nearly always headshots, usually even without being Sharpshooter. The .44 is really sexy though; haven't tried it since the reload/recoil update last night, which also seemed to fuck up playing anythings that's not whitelisted.
So I gave the old KF mods a try, Version 1.0, 2.0 and 2.5
2.5 is the final version with the KF-Wiki entry
2.0 is overall the same but... different, there's no flashlight, for example.
The specimens can be decapitated by a single shot and they're like super chicken, they don't lose health with their heads missing. There are neither ironsights nor crosshair.
1.0 is the most interesting because it has a singleplayer story mode, the graphics are really dark and gritty, something I wish the retail version looked like TBH.
Holy shit yes, reload bonus for the 9mm is back!
I couldn't find this thread for 3 days haha.
Great to see a better OP and a fresh thread.
Funny thing while I'm using pistols; I headshot the most with the 9MM and the least with the handcannon,
I prefer the 9mm simply because I've learned to use the iron sights so much, it's about the same range as the xbow for me. And the 15 shots in clip= 15 possible headshots, compared to half that for other pistols.

Took me long enough [sp] 2 years [/sp]
Which perk do you think is the easiest to level?
I'll go with Sharpshooter.
Using the Doom2 map and FakePlayers mutator on beginner allows you to rack in tons of headshots per game.
Berseker.
Get a Katana, kill everybody.
Field Medic in my opinion is the easiest to level, as loads of people in public servers tend to edge near death, you can heal them up for about 80 points worth each time, and now that you got the MP7 and MP5, if they aren't dodging every dart and you are dropping and picking them back up to instantly recharge them, you can pretty much keep healing every second.
The Field Medic perk was my first level 6 perk as well.

Sharpshooter, Beserker, or Field Medic. Field Medic would probably be the fastest if you concentrate on healing more than shooting, but it will be pretty boring.

Honestly I barely played medic and by the time I had Support 6 my medic was 5 and a half.

These aren't whitelisted though, are they?

Getting from Level 5 to Level 6 is pretty long tho.

They are.
I usually fire the pistol from the hip and I still get around 10 headshot per clip, but when I do that with the HC or .44 I just miss everything.
I can't stand hip-firing.
If I'm guessing, I quickly scope, fire before the animation even finishes (around the start of it) and unscope. Gets me headshots more often than just hip firing, takes about as much time, and also feels badass.
I quick scoped before it was a popular strategy.
These aren't whitelisted though, are they?
Yeah they are!
I quick scoped before it was a popular strategy.
9mm quickscoping is where it's at.
9mm quickscoping is where it's at.
it's called snapsighting awoeirhasdfh
it lacks the scope required for a quickscope

snapsighting then
makes sense
Just had a pretty nice balanced pub teamgame on Wyre. Shit was pretty cash. Zerker/Shotty/Flamer (me) on the ground, Medic/SS on top of the bunker.

You see kids, that's how you're supposed to play.
Lolkork I cannot connect to your server, I keep getting an "unknown steam error".
Is it updated?
It's easy to learn hip-firing, there's really no way to learn it other than to stop using the iron-sights on short/medium range. It's very useful in situations where the ability to move freely is needed.
[editline]14th December 2011[/editline]
And the server is up if anyone wants to play.
hipfiring is a critical skill
especially with the lever action.
[editline]14th December 2011[/editline]
snapsighting then

snapsighting is not defined on urbandictionary
this must be fixed
It's not that I can't hipfire, it's that I don't like nor want to.
On another completely weird note, Farm for some reason gives me an abstract sense of dread every time I play it.
All I can think of is the blaring screeches from the movie Children of the Corn around any of the cornfields.

hipfiring is critical if you're trying to kite, if you need to take out a clot in your way when you're medic, you don't sight in because your speed reduction might result in a gorefast slashing your ass or a clot grabbing it.
No... you use your hipfiring skills and cap that bastard.
and yeah kf_farm
is dreadfully dark
with the burning horses
and everything.

Well yeah, if I need to I'll hipfire. It's not like I'm going to stubbornly iron sight when a gorefast is right infront of me.
Farm's limited foggy view compared to it's size, and the way the fov works (The fog is less around the edges of you screen, so you can see farther in each corner. This means that you either knowledgably don't use this advantage, or constantly move around trying to view things, creating tunnel vision.) doesn't exactly help there.
