Husks seem to have the amazing ability to predict where you're going, EVEN BEFORE YOU SUDDENLY CHANGE DIRECTION.
They'd be brilliant at sniping in BF3.
If no zeds are right next to me, the husk is my primary target. They always seem to land the finish blow if I ignore them.
oh god , the firebug is so overpowered. On normal , one bullet with the MAC-10 to any normal zeds will kill them. Charging the husk gun will kill a husk , scrake , three charged shots will kill a FP and about 4 / 5 shots will kill Patriarch.

Holy shit. I was playing as a firebug today when I set a husk and a fleshpound on fire and they started attacking each other. The fleshpound won obviously but it was still pretty funny to watch.
Two people left, we are being swarmed by zeds. I am a Support Specialist, he is a Sharpshooter.
There is a fleshpound at a distance, a Husk close by. I decide to let them be for now, since I have around a gorillion crawlers, clots and gorefasts to deal with.
The Husk is starting to charge his shot. I kill 5 gorefasts with a shotgun blast. Zed time kicks in.
My friend uses this time to carefully pop the Husk's head off before he fires at us, which would probably have caused our doom.
The shot goes flying in the other direction. Right in the face of the calm Fleshpound. He rages. Charges at us, taking a dozen of zeds out in the process. I type "lol did you see tassssssdadadadadsddsdsadadddaadasss" and we both die.

Wow, I can run the game on high and I was running it on minimum. It's so beautiful.
But, I've encountered a nasty glitch. It seems, for Commando at least, my damage and kills don't count.
Ok last time I played there have been 14 less weapons, time to install this amazing game again :smile:!

I made this video since that song was I could hear while I used this glitch. Good times.
I just won a game on Departed with the help of three players with "Brony" in their names.
Not one of them said a single word or used a single voice command in the entire game. A sharpshooter used a lever action up until wave 8 and never bought a body armour, and a firebug used a bullpup as his primary for a few waves.
However, they always healed everybody, the Medic was damn good at his job, and when I said something (like "don't attack a scrake when i'm stunning him" or "buy a crossbow pretty please") they took it into account without ever saying anything.
I love playing with this kind of beginners. They genuinely try to get better at the game - and succeed.
The fact that they remained mute for the entire game was really weird though.
Also, I still can't figure out what a good spot for turtling is in Departed.
I don't see why them having "Brony" in their name was any issue...

My friends and I were doing some Hard-mode LAN, just the three of us, and we had a pretty good combo going on: Firebug / Support / Medic.
I lost count of the amount of times I was able to ninja in a shot from the Medic MP5 that kept one of them alive. I felt like such a boss.
In two days I've almost levelled my Medic twice now (from level 2 to 4). :v:

Hard is easy, try hell on earth. If you fuck around too much as a medic, everybody dies.
I've had KF since it went retail and I still don't have any level 6 perks, and only one level 5 :(
I should play more departed, it's actually a difficult map along with Hospital Horrors.
Those two...fucking tough when it comes to higher difficulties. Hell, if you're not camping the roof, even Normal can kill you because the spawns are set perfectly. It's [I]designed[/I] to be as annoying as fuck.
But I love it.
I got killing floor on the halloween sale, and my sharpshooter is almost level 5. My medic is level 4.
I've had mine since their first big sale when they introduced the demo class. Only one level 5. eeeeeeeeee
