For years I've been part of the crowd raging every E3 (or random interview) about Valve ignoring everything Half-Life. Recently I played through HL2 and Portal 2 and saw how much better Valve have become on making games and now have full confidence in them and the upcoming game(s) in the HL series. Sure, I still think that ignoring the fans for more than four years now is the wrong way to handle things, but if Gabe says they have good reasons to not speak about it and it's worth the wait I'll be more than happy to wait just a little bit longer.

I'm starting a group called A Call 4 Communication. We want Left 4 Dead 3, dammit. (that's a joke)

We know they are working on it, any information they release before they are ready would ruin the suprise when it is offically announced. Valve have their own plans, they will show it when it is the right time for them, not when the fans demand it. I doubt Valve will react to it though.

Oh, come on... What surprise is "ruined" when valve tells us "we're working on it, just a little longer"? That's all I want to hear from valve. Because they haven't even acknowledged working on EP3.

The thing is they've done nothing but tell us they're working on it, and to hang in there.

I just received an e-mail I wrote to myself in my first year of high school. One of the things it said was "I bet the Half-Life series is over by now". Ho hum.

A different facility, maybe rebuilt or a past black mesa? Does that mean GMan was a past administrator for Black Mesa as in Half life 1 you can see him talking to other employees and there was proof that his suitcase had the logo and some other crap in it(including a pistol...). What has been reported before about him and this image?

What has been reported before about him and this image?[/QUOTE] it looks almost exactly the same but in HD, what are you talking about EDIT: The reason GMan is there is the same reason the test chamber overshadows him in HL1's intro, it's just what he does, teleports around to places ominously while you sit and listen, he goes to a bunch of other places too EDIT EDIT: In fact, I believe that's the exact moment where he says "when I plucked her from Black Mesa", referring to Alyx, which means him projecting the lobby would make sense given the context of his speech

The architecture of the roof looks nothing like Black Mesa, and a lot like the harsh angles of Combine buildings.

HL3 better be the best fucking game in history for making me wait this long, it better fucking shoot gold out of it's ass.

Episode 2 came out in 2007, so it's "only" been 5 years since the last installment yet.
