I hope this will have better G27 and eyefinity support than Dirt 2
the FOV while using eyefinity in Dirt 2 is horrible

Fuck you and your absurd amount of money to spend
I've loved all of the racing games that Codemaster has done and I absolutely cannot wait for this one :byodood:
Well i got Dirt 2. It's quite fun but the soundtrack is pretty... Well...
Oh and it doesn't have enough regular rally, i don't want to drive jeeps & shit like that :argh:
Can't wait for this one tho, looks amazing.

I agree, I also hate that they spend so much time speaking to you like you have never seen a car before in your life, and all the dudes call you after a race. I don't want to wait 2 minutes while some dude is talking shit about the last race, I just want to go to the next race.
Class B...!
Mute audio and open up Spotify.
Game is now 60% better
Nah, i can't play rally games with music on. I always play with manual gears and want to hear the RPM by ear :v:
I'm probably going to get Dirt 2 at some point, the demo was pretty cool. Definitely buying this one, too.

The only thing I hate about Codemasters games is the flashback feature, and the fact that in every single game they've done it's been the same music and sounds during the flashback.
I like the idea of Gymkhana. But I still don't think they should include it in a rally game.
I honestly don't care about the graphics if they're only enhanced to look good in the pictures.
DiRT 2's graphics are still better then most games.
I know DiRT 3's graphics will be better, if not, the gameplay will still be amazing like in 2.
Gotta pre-order to be honest.
DiRT>NFS or any other Racing Game
(Well before NFS turn to shit. I bought 2010 Hot Pursuit around release date and the intro is about ANOTHER game!?)
(Fixed for Profanwolf. :buddy:)

Don't just say hot pursuit, say 2010 hot pursuit. :saddowns:

From what I read on Kotaku, it's a bit more substantial than the crappy little RC you got with Black Ops so I guess if you were in the market for a proper RC car then that might be a good bundle.
Looks cool but probably doesn't hold a candle to a proper R/C car from one of the big companies.
Edit: Nevermind, looks to be from Traxxas and goes for $300+.
It's electric :sigh:

What's wrong with electric? My dad's old Tamiya Porsche 962C is electric and can hit up to 50mph+.
Unless you're talking about the amount of time they can be run, in which case, yeah.

Nah. I just find a gas-engine much more fascinating, electrics are just as fun to drive, but i like tampering around with the engine myself :3:
more of the same "lolol x-games monster energy drink so c00l" bullshit from Dirt 2.

So what? I don't understand why everyone always goes on about that. If the core driving experience is excellent, which it is, and the visuals are spectacular, which they are, then who gives a shit about the Ken Block and pals bullshit?
Dat trailers music:

Pre-load available!
I was absolutely terrible at Dirt 2, couldn't get any of the driving skills down at all.
I usually love racing games but I don't think I'll be getting this.

that's weird because dirt 2 is literally, like, THE easiest racing game i've ever played
I want this, even just for Gymkhana, SOMEONE GET ME IT! I will trade you all my Terraria items (all legal, into meteorite sets, firarang), TF2 items and a copy of S.P.A.Z!
Local split-screen alone is reason for me to pick this up. That's a feature recent race games have been missing.
If anyone already has dirt 2, i'd love to have your giftable copy :)

When I first played it, I failed so hard at driving. But with practice I managed to nail the handling.
I hope they have a better less-consolized menu system this time
Just got me a new wheel so I'm gonna be grabbing this
