It's a style, this game isn't going for the ultra real Crysis look, it's unique. Either way, I am glad they concentrated more on the gameplay because the game is actually really fun. Also the PC version has extra details the 360 version doesn't, so noone will know what it finally looks like till it's released.
A while back we learned that Eidos Montreal had formed a partnership with software conversion specialists, Nixxes to develop the PC version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Now, with the release date just around the corner, head of the company, Jurjen Katsman has being talking to Gamespy about the extra features they’ve added, explaining why the PC version of Human Revolution is the one everyone should play.
“First off, Nixxes developed a DX11 renderer that is used on the PC, when available,” he said. “We did leverage this by adding several features you will see when you have DX11 hardware on your PC: real-time tessellation, improved Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, improved blurs and depth of field. We also added custom support for AMD’s Eyefinity (multiple monitors), and 3DHD. On another note, the user interface has been tailored for the keyboard, and mouse controls can be fully customized for your gaming habits.
“We are obviously a little biased, but for us here at Nixxes, the PC version really is the version you should play. The extra depth you get from 3D or EyeFinity, and the extra crispness of the enhanced resolution, effects, and frame-rate, really give you superior visuals. And the speed and accuracy that you get from playing with mouse and keyboard compared with a gamepad, at least for me personally, makes it a pretty easy choice.”
Again, its what i think.
Its 1 post above you....
So I beat Deus Ex today. After closing the game, I asked myself "How is it even possible for this game to have a sequel?"
So I installed Invisible War. Quit it before I got out of the apartment.
"The Steam servers are currently too busy to handle any more preloads of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Please try again in a few hours."
God damn you Steam.

Someone gifted me dxhr on steam, while I had an order on gmg, and couldn't get a refund in time.
Graphics of what I saw, they don't agree with me, looks like a game that has no lighting, the art direction is great, the piss filter is a bit heavy though.

Would love a key
But don't you host a trading session or contest or something?

If you look a bit further up, not giving it away for free :v:

So many people reading the thread...so many potential spoilers.

Tried 7 different servers and they all gave me the same error grrr
Ok, so this is the case.
I know this isn't the primary thread for this and all, but anyway.
It wouldn't so happen that someone here has got the genuine TF2 items, and doesn't play the game itself? I got the sniper and the revolver, after a long search and quite a lot of hats. Thing is, I absolutely fell in love with those two, and couldn't play anyone else than sniper and spy for the five hours I was playing. It was great.
Now I'm wondering, if you've got no use for them, if you could give them to me, for some sort of payment if you'd wish.
It's probably my own fault for not buying it on Steam. Still, $30 is better than 50€ I guess.
Tbh it'd really give me something to do until the 26th, as TF is the only game I have installed on my computer currently. Thanks or whatever. :h:
I'm tempted to do a raffle where each person pays a %, and I use a random number generator to decide who gets it, would anyone be up for that? Of course the original price(52 usd) is still an option.(For the augmented version)

I know you're going to raffle the augmented edition but can you please give me Deus Ex 1. I really don't want to buy the augmented edition just for that but I kinda want to play it before human revolution.

Don't have a spare version of dx1.
I can't find a PC Collector's anywhere :(
