Deus Ex: Human Revolution V3 - I Never Asked For This - Games

I always use VATS in FO3 anyway, it kind of feels like the game was designed with it in mind.

Guys, help! Everytime I try to preorder from Steam, Steam crashes :byodood: I never asked for this.

I'm unsure if I want to get this for my PC or 360. Only reason I'm going for 360 version is due to me just meeting the min requirements on PC. Any thoughts on it?

Assuming there are different ways to approach the game (stealth, lots of shooting, etc) I think I'd rather go the melee specialist mortal kombat stealth approach, after seeing that arm blade shit on the Steam page for this game.

But the thing is that I've heard from numerous people who have played the beta is that it plays almost identically.

I can't speak for RO2 but I've played DX and it's really good.

Or any console from that generation (yes, I missed out on ocarina of time and majora's mask when everyone else was playing it). All I had was my PC, diablo 2, Dark forces 2, and a slough of other fine 90's and early 2000's pc games. [editline]22nd August 2011[/editline] So, in essence, yes.

Ordered yesterday on Amazon as well as another product from a different site. The other product has come up on my card statement as a pending transaction already but Amazon's payment hasn't even shown up and tomorrow's already Monday. I am scared.

It gets to the main menu, but then it stops working and just repeats the first few seconds of the sound over and over and I can't do anything with it. I've tried verifying the files, deleted the settings (user.ini) file, and running it in Windows 2000 compatibility mode. Windows 7 32-bit ATI HD 4850 2GB RAM AMD Athalon X2 64 IW Steam Version 1.2

I think in my first (leak) runthrough I took down the first three guys silent, so what I had left were the two guys watching TV and the two in the room. I stood at the door, threw a grenade in there, ran outside to where you can break the wall, did it as soon as I heard the explosion, got the guy that was standing next to that goal and finally used the taser on Double-T or whatever his name was. They never knew what hit 'em. Felt great.

So, is the Melee fluid? like, if you perform a take-down on a group of enemies, will Jensen move automatically from one enemy to the next? Or you need to manually run up to each guy and press the attack command?

Obviously the ending to it, must be a cliffhanger.

does anybody know if the retail versions of this game activate on steam?
