Is there a way to trick steam into thinking that you're from the US? I remember it being done with borderlands, just not how.

Hoping my copy will come early. It's been paid for and dispatched to the courier already due to overwhelming demand for the game. GAME usually get it to me a day early at least, I just hope the courier drops it even earlier as I'm off this week.
