Wow, this genuinely fucking sucks. I specifically bought retail knowing that my internet connection would prevent me from playing on release (pre-loads are unpredictable), and lo and behold it's forcing me to download anyways. Ah well, I've waited three years already, I guess one more day won't hurt.

I can't believe that this game even manages to run on my laptop's Intel HD graphics.
I bought deus ex of Ultimatum games and they sent me this I never asked for this.
Almost every time i get to a tutorial video in game, as soon i push Hold Tab, it shows up acts like it loads it then freezes the whole game.

I really need to get those sunglasses. The opening scene when [sp]Jensen is first augmented, and comes out and WOOOOSH! His glasses just flip out like a total badass[/sp] was great.

This is game hasn't disappointed. I'm having a great time. I just hacked the door on someones house, stole all his shit and put his fridge in his shower.
Debating on getting this game, but it seems there's some smoothing out needed. I don't need to buy it now, but how does the game play for everyone currently?

My decrypt has been at 64% for like 20 minutes now god DAMN
I haven't gotten the game yet, but out of curiosity, does the Heng Sha theme music evoke the Hong Kong one in anyway?
Damn it, I have to wait three more days before I can get this. :(
An issue was found that caused some users to be unable to start the game on specific machines. Specifically, the presence of older ATI/AMD drivers, also on machines with NVidia hardware, would cause the game to crash on startup. This patch is a hot-fix for that particular issue. On top of this, it also increases the number of save-slots from 20, like on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, to 99. Square-Enix, Eidos Montreal and Nixxes are committed to supporting this title and will continue to monitor for any further issues and provide additional patches in the future if required. We hope this will help you enjoy Deus Ex: Human Revolution!
http://store.steampowered.com/news/6127/
