I did 7 episodes of an LP so far on it, but holy shit It's so hard to commentate on this... Everything feels... perfect, I can't really make fun of anything or talk about anything. I just go, "Mhmm. yep"... "Ok, we're going here..." Damn it. It needs flaws for me to make fun of.

I've done 5 LP's before, but I find that perhaps I'm just too pulled into the game to step back and talk about it. I'm just saying some funny glitch or something silly someone says that I can play off of. Everyone is very believable.

I feel like I don't enjoy the games nearly as much when I'm recording on my first playthrough, but with the amount of time I have, I can't be preplaying.

Meanwhile, has anybody else been unable to use steam community in-game?

I never appreciated the intricate work it went into creating the art of this game until I looked at the art book. I mean, I took notice of how thought out it was, but I never put the Renaissance stylings together with the plot of the game until now.

This is the only game I know where you can hack an enemy turret, pick it up, and walk through the rest of the level without having to fire one bullet. Funfact:[sp] after that I was forced into a boss battle with Garret, and my trusty turret disappeared! [/sp]

Is it worth it to max out hacking early so I have full access or should I work more on stealth and combat?

Also this is the first game I've ever seen that does "3D" cubemapping for windows on ALL buildings. Normally its just a static 2D picture in most games that look flat on apartment windows, but for DX:HR every window has its own cubemap image that "makes up" the room inside. Basically, its still a 2D image but it looks 3D because they used actual 3D geometry to wrap the 2D image on instead of just throwing it on the building. The effect? Each window looks like a real 3D space inside. Sure you can see its 2D up close but it looks very convincing when you are moving and the interior of every window accuratly moves according to your perspective.

I feel like the Facial Animations are a complete blow off... I don't know why, but every time I would see a scene full of emotions from the voice actors the facial animations just didn't fit it or didn't sync correctly.
