Oh god [sp]cloaking enemies[/sp]
Is the thread safe to read? Everyone keeping their shit in spoiler tags where appropriate?
Based on my memories from the beta, I'd say the [sp]"evidence locker". Check the safe.[/sp]
Thanks but that's not really helpful, I still have no idea where it is, I've looked all around the PD and on each floor and so far I've just found tons of offices and the armory.

I suggest having 5 minutes breaks in between reading
Oh My Fucking God! [sp]I couldn't save Malik because I'm trying a non-lethal playthrough. Now I'm investigating the harvester hideout, and her corpse is there! the Fuckers ripped her neural augments out![/sp] I'm so close to just killing my way through the rest of the game...
So, Realistically; is this worth getting or should I wait until the price lowers ?
Found a strange bug.

That's just it. [sp] It's outside. It's a storage locker in one of the alleyways in Detroit [/sp] That's about it. I haven't played my copy yet so that's all I can do for you.

Shopto delivered my copy yesterday. I almost feel American, getting it so early in the week.
Never had a bad experience with ShopTo.

I just knocked out the guard and hacked the computer.
So far I'm up to the first boss fight. I'm on the hardest difficulty so last night I tried a few times and decided to put it off until morning. Do you just [sp]shoot until they eventually die or is there some weak spot or tactic you need? Can you use your augmented arms to stab them? That's the problem with boss fights in this compared to the original. In the original I killed the three bosses with: 1 LAM, 1 killphrase, and 1 gep gun rocket. It felt realistic because we were evenly matched. Realistically, if I throw a flash bomb at Barrett and he can't see, I should be able to stab him in the heart and kill him right then and there.[/sp]
Another thing I don't like is this(no plot, just game mechanics): You can silently kill someone, and you can loudly knock someone out in real life, but not in HR. I don't think kill or knock out should be the deciding factor between silent and loud. I don't like how it requires energy to knock someone out either. He doesn't use up energy walking, shooting, climbing, seeing, or using any augmented body parts the way they are normally used. Sure he can use the energy to punch harder, but he doesn't need to. I'm sure he could knock someone out with his own strength.
Here's just a question. So far I've been going pacifist, not killing anyone. I threw an EMP at a robot, which exploded after a few seconds. I don't think any enemies were in range, but if they happened to die from the explosion would that count as me killing them? And if a hack a turret or robot to attack the enemy does that count as me killing them too?

Just installing mine onto my PS3 now.
Why is ammo so hard to come by?

Way I did it on my playthrough was [sp]Throw a emp then as many frags as you can, four or five ought to kill him if not then lure him/chuck the red barrles at him since they explode, and don't try meleeing him you get fucked.[/sp]
Why is ammo so hard to come by?
Because it's not an FPS.

Just by searching around in apartments, I've found enough pistol ammo to fill 3 seperate slots in the inventory and i've only just gotten to my apartment for the first time. I find it easy to find ammo.

Pistol ammo is pretty easy to find in the beginning of the game, that's when I began upgrading the fuck out of my pistol, then I discovered pistol ammo is much harder to come by towards the end of the game.

because you aren't meant to run around spraying bullets everywhere
if you play properly you won't ever run out of ammunition
I'm up to [sp]disabling the broadcast from gang territory in Detroit[/sp] and I've only fired two shots from my stungun.
after two hours, I finally got the balls achievement.
I now know that I suck at basketball.
Going to buy the Augmented edition of this tomorrow, excited.
apparently its only £45 for the augmented edition in Grainger Games, a New store I have never heard of before that has popped up in my local town, So I thought I would go for it.
