Not even the bosses? Unless you can actually defeat them without killing them...
No, I had to kill the bosses.
It's just you. While the level streaming is pretty bad the game generally runs better for me than in the leak.
My FPS is fine, its just that every couple seconds or so my game will freeze up for 3-4 seconds.

For some reason I thought [sp]Eliza was an AI[/sp] during the demo.
How many city hubs are in this game? I'm in shanghai right now, is that the last one?
Yeah and after that it's the end of the game and everybody dies.
:(
Having never played Dues Ex (or human revolution, obviously) Human revolution has caught my interest (mainly because of the rave reviews here and it's price tag) how exactly is the world laid out in this in regards to exploration and discovery? We talking Fallout 3 levels of exploration wheres its just one large building-filled sandbox, or is it something along the lines of Vampire: The Masquerade: Wherin you have a number of playable "districts" that all have different quests and whatnot. Or is it somewhat akin to Mass Effect where you have a larger number of much smaller places to visit, as well as "quest only" locations? Just trying to figure out exactly what the game is about..

Finally got the game. Bought it from retail for 10€ more than I would have had to pay had I pre-ordered it. I've seen fair deal of the leak and I'm happy it works on my computer pretty well. I could have sworn David Sarif was played by James Remar.
Vampire: The Masquerade. There're several hubs brimming with sidequests to do, each location has self-contained locations in it and you'll also visit quest-specific locations that you can't revisit once the quest has been completed. Now, how do I finish the Cloak and Daggers sidequest?

Also the sidequests aren't like "bring me 10 energy drinks" or whatever, they're actual subplots.
This game is pretty damn good. Had no idea it would be so stealth oriented.
How do I make it so that the cops aren't pissed at me, and stop shooting at me? Because it's really annoying when there's this big ass fucking robo mech shooting at me.
And my order didn't come. It's going to be a long weekend. [editline]26th August 2011[/editline] I've got a question for UK owners of the retail Augmented Edition: How big was the parcel and was it quite heavy?
Is there any where you can safely stash guns? Like at your apartment? Because I have a lot of guns but I want to hold onto some (ones of modded), but in all missions I may not use them (when I'm going stealthy etc)
My FPS is fine, its just that every couple seconds or so my game will freeze up for 3-4 seconds.
Probably texture/level streaming. When I enter a new area I spin the view around wildly and it'll drop to 1FPS for a couple seconds, but then the level is fully loaded and I can move freely without slowdowns.
Decided to pick up a box on the first mission after saving the hostage from zeke, they decided to shoot me just because they got attacked by a cardboard box.
mine didn't come either you get it from GAME?
Yeah, I did. Here, have a read of this:
Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday, with a reduced service on Saturday. All mail for any given street / district is the responsibility of the postman assigned to the round. He is required to ensure delivery of all mail to that round. However, lettermail is his priority though, so parcels and packets go into the sacks after the letters. If there are any parcels or packets that are too big, bulky or heavy to fit in his sacks, he can pass it to a driver who will cover several postmen's rounds and deliver the oversized or overweight items, plus lettermail to any business or premises that regularly receive large quantities of mail. Whether it comes by van or postman really depends on the size, shape and weight of your item, and if its relatively small and light, it depends on how busy your postman is and how full his sacks are. I've just told you that so you aware that you may get up to two deliveries a day (don't worry if its not with the first)! Van or postman, either way, it ought to be delivered by 3pm if its coming at all that day. It is possible to be later than this, but it will be because your local office is short staffed and another postman is doing it on overtime after his own round, but this is uncommon. There can be no set parcel delivery time, because of the nature of the job: As not every address gets mail every day, and the route taken varies with the weight of the sacks and the individual postman. The same goes for the drivers, so you can't be sure of an exact time, just that it will be between 9am and 2pm on a weekday, and about 8am and 12.30pm on a Saturday.
came with the regular post, so I don't think so. wasn't a huge package
Well, I guess I'm fucked.
Don't complain about the quality as it's not about the game, listen to my pc, can you hear a high pitched like "zzzzzzzzzzzzzz" noise.... that's my graphics cards(SLI), they only do that when they get hot and on a select few games, like Dues ex HR, TESIV ermm i'm sure it does on HL2 aswell, and that's about it.... does anyone know why only a select few games yet games like crysis 2, bc2 don't seem to make the cards over-heat and make the annoying racket?
I read that the game brings you to Singapore? That's funny. Currently at China.
