jensen dies
[sp] What I don't exactly get is why Megan leaves to work for Bob Page, what ever happened to her love for Jensen? [/sp] [editline]27th August 2011[/editline]
jensen dies
So does Anonymous X. Poor Anonymous X, I didn't pay him for the files.
-possibly not good to keep this in-
[sp]only in one of the endings though[/sp]
And Malik should have showed Jensen her tits in the game.
[sp] What I don't exactly get is why Megan leaves to work for Bob Page, what ever happened to her love for Jensen? [/sp]
[sp]Did she really love him though? It could be she only used him for her research. Or after everything that happened, Jensen could have gone away somewhere to be alone.[/sp]
I can't help but end the game with a feeling of sadness though, because the game is over and the endings all make sad.
The endings didn't feel sad to me, but knowing the world is still crappy by the time of the original game does.
[sp] What I don't exactly get is why Megan leaves to work for Bob Page, what ever happened to her love for Jensen? [/sp]
[sp] from what I understand she thought Jensen was dead and she was kidnapped[/sp]
I just got my copy. :) To the people who have yet to receive their physical game: contact your seller and find out what's going on, especially if you have held a pre-order for longer than a week from release.
jensen dies
snape kills jensen
[sp]Did she really love him though? It could be she only used him for her research. Or after everything that happened, Jensen could have gone away somewhere to be alone.[/sp]
Probably not [sp] And yea , she probably just used him and got close to him so she could get her DNA samples [/sp]
do u guys find one route and stealth your way through there? because i stealth my way through every possible route and hack everything and then kill everybody discretely i feel like im probably overdoing it
nah i do the same. i try to kill everyone on the missions without getting spotted and then explore room by room [editline]27th August 2011[/editline] hold on is there no way to recharge more than one battery without eating/drinking? i have all the energy augs
hold on is there no way to recharge more than one battery without eating/drinking? i have all the energy augs
I think getting the extra battery augs are kinda useless if you have the regeneration augs. It regenerates so fast and it's not like you'll be spamming takedowns really quickly.
Really enjoying the game, though the lack of melee weapons is disappointing.
Anyone got a tactical enhancement pack they would like to swap for an explosive mission pack? PC for PC.
melee weapons
Your arms are multitools.
I've at long last finished after about a day's worth of game time, on Deus Ex difficulty no less. I was going for a pacifist run [sp] but broke that when Malik crash landed. It was when I realized that she'd be dead without help that I essentially thought 'Fuck that.' and went on a slaughtering rampage. I saved Jock and I'll save Malik too, dammit.[/sp] And did I ever. Was a bit tricky as my only lethal weapons were a pistol and revolver. Deus Ex:HR is truly a great game. The world felt alive, and not so much as a video game world, rather, it window into ours.
Is there free roam after I finish the main story, or do I have to do all these side quests and stuff beforehand? I'm finding a lot of places I want to go back to later (behind higher level hacks.etc) so I hope there is.

[sp]That Taggart ending - "Absolute freedom is no better than chaos, society needs laws and regulations to protect it."[/sp]
The second boss is so annoying. Two hits and I'm dead [editline]27th August 2011[/editline] What the fuck am I supposed to do with the second boss?
Achievement Unlocked: Pacifist Awww yeahhh. [editline]27th August 2011[/editline]
The second boss is so annoying. Two hits and I'm dead [editline]27th August 2011[/editline] What the fuck am I supposed to do with the second boss?
Use a stun gun and hit her like 15 times - she can't move when you stun her.
In the second boss [sp] i kept on letting her explode those charcer thingies or w/e, it would cause the floor to get electocuted so I just jumped around like a retard and having like 10 hp left [/sp]
I need help, I have a delay in the sound when I fire automatic weapons, the muzzle flashes and the bullet hits the target, and the sound of the gun takes a second longer than it should to kick in. Anyone know of a way to fix this?
Protip: Get the EMP shielding it helps. A LOT. it also helps for certain boss fights. The [sp]second[/sp] and [sp]last[/sp] ones mostly.
Could anybody help me out with a little problem I have. I'm running the game on lowest settings, and it actually doesn't look so bad. The framerate seems fine but the mouse seems really laggy or something? Is there any console commands or anything that could help!?
Protip: Get the EMP shielding it helps. A LOT. it also helps for certain boss fights. The [sp]second[/sp] and [sp]last[/sp] ones mostly.
EMP shielding? I spent on almost everything except dermal plating
So I don't really know much about this game. Is it worth buying?
Wow. The ending was so disappointing. Not the ending itself, but the way you choose your ending. But, overall it's a solid game. [sp]Seriously, pressing a button? Deus Ex actually had you running around to choose what ending you wanted[/sp]
nevermind....I managed to get her stuck and not do anything....
