Nah, my pistols got several damage upgrades as well as armor piercing and it still takes two head shots to take out some of the heavies.
Now that I think of it I've never tried it on any of the heavies. You must be right.
I never asked for this (:v:) Pre-order to me means that it's a complete set, and I figured that not everyone was interested in TF2 and to that extent, the Deus Ex items. It doesn't matter what quality they are to me, as long as they're playable. I'm not particularly rich component wise to actually trade for any of the items, let alone craft it. I'm really only
You can buy the set in the MannCo shop. You get the complete set and don't have to buy Deus Ex.
I have played for about 11 hours and I think I am very close to the first boss now. How much do you think I have left? Are there many side quests in the next city as well?
What I don't get is [sp] What was the Hyron project even supposed to do? Yea I picked up that it was the most advanced security system or something but for what? [/sp]
Goddamn whoever fucking designed the Yelena boss fight needs to fucking get out Who thought it was a great idea to elecrify the whole floor when these stupid easy to kill generators die, with no way to save yourself as well. Garunteed death on hardest difficulty... and they are everywhere, and easy to destroy. Completely fucking stupid.
It rewards players who bought the electrical resistance dermal upgrade. For me it made Yelena on Give Me Deus Ex easy.
It rewards players who bought the electrical resistance dermal upgrade. For me it made Yelena on Give Me Deus Ex easy.
luckily I had 5 unused points when I got there, so I bought it, and dermal armor, and it wasn't too hard. Also they say that you can't have all the augmentations in the same playthrough, but I think I'm going to. All I have left to upgrade are the eye augmentations, typhoon, and the recoil reducing augmentations, and I still have a lot more to do before the game is over. I've been taking down every enemy instead of sneaking past, and hacking every computer, even if i have the code, so I've gained a lot of experience.
Heheh, shot a a guard coming around a corner with the stungun and missed him, he turns around towards the mark on the wall and says "Shit! Was that a bullet?", I reloaded and shot him in the back of the head.
If you haven't played the first proper mission after you get augmented, don't watch this video: Did anyone else know of this route?

[/sp]
[sp]A predecessor for a world-wide security system like Morpheus/Echelon III or Aquinas internet protocol? The Illuminati did have the world's media by the balls back then, especially when Everett was the CEO of Picus' Montreal branch. And Page did talk about Morpheus with Everett in the post-credits scene, so it was probably bound to do the same thing Morpheus does.[/sp]
Last time I gave away TF2 pixels away the faggot sold them for dosh, so no.
Last time I gave away TF2 items I got Dirt 3 :v:
Steam says I have only been playing for 7 hours but I'm pretty sure its been 10-11 hours. I haven't reached the first boss, just started the mission now. How much is left in the game? Like is this still basically the start of it? I'm hoping its like the original Deus Ex in that I thought it was going to end loads of times but then kept going on for a good few hours.
Last time I gave away TF2 items I got Dirt 3 :v:
I don't understand. Where do you sell/give away these items? On a trade server?
I don't understand. Where do you sell/give away these items? On a trade server?
Steam has a beta client that lets people trade.
Last time I gave away TF2 items I got Dirt 3 :v:
I got Killing Floor for the HR promos.
I feel like we will get a new DLC with Montreal and Detroit ([sp]Because Michelle (or whatever her name is) never told the full story to Adam, it feels like it was cut or something[/sp]), especially since they're all going like "GET READY FOR AUG 29 2200 GMT"

I can't find the limb-clinic in china! [sp]it's the second thime I'm there, Malik crashed on our way. I could find the clinic the first time. Is it gone? [/sp]
So it was Echelon III [sp] but instead requiring human hosts to operate [/sp] Very interesting.
[sp] You can talk the lady in the mission where you have to get that data chip back from those terrorists into telling you that it was supposed to be for monitoring the vast oceanic stresses on panchaea's structure. But it does seem like it's meant to do much more than that, considering the fact that a pure AI like Eliza would probably be able to do that without much trouble.[/sp]
It's there, and will soon be on your map as an objective.
[sp]When I entered the city I was warned there were problems with the augmentations. I suppose I don't need to worry about that in beforehand?[/sp] I suspect drama when I eventually get there!
Could someone provide me with a link to the full soundtrack that was mentioned in this thread? Or tell me what song plays during the 3rd boss?
Downloading as we speak. Tips for a Newbie?
Downloading as we speak. Tips for a Newbie?
Don't suck
Downloading as we speak. Tips for a Newbie?
Stick with the GEP gun, it'll stun your opponents or knock them unconscious.
I intend on doing a second playthrough soon but I was just wondering[sp]on your final visit to China and your biochip keeps screwing up and need to get it replaced what actually happens if you don't? Will you get to use your augmentations during the fight or will it just continue to tweak out?[/sp]
So I was just infiltrating the apartment in Hengsha as part of the main quest and when you get to a computer, there are sticky notes all around and one which caught my eye had the name "Rachel-5532" and the forever alone meme. Also for people who talk to Anonymous X, look at the cap.
