[sp]I am so happy i stayed and was able to protect malik [/sp]
heard this was awesome so reluctantly picked it up and im really glad i did. only played like half the first level but it seems really awesome so far also the game filled my inventory up with pre-order stuff even though i didnt pre-order and neither did i enter any pre-order keys or anything special. dropped it all because who needs a shotgun when im playing ~~splintercell style~~
Just ghosted and did nonlethal takedowns on all the bad guys at Highland Park. Pacifist/Hardmode/Foxhound run is really fun.
I wish this game had motion blur. Feels so weird without it
Just ghosted and did nonlethal takedowns on all the bad guys at Highland Park. Pacifist/Hardmode/Foxhound run is really fun.
Foxhound run? Do tell more
Foxhound run? Do tell more
Foxiest of the Hounds, the never tripping an alarm one.
I'm doing a ghost/foxy playthrough on Deus Ex difficulty. I messed up in the police station though, had to quickload. I performed a takedown on a guy on the 1st floor, above the main office space. Tapped on his shoulder, right hook, he ragdolled over the balcony. ALERT!
Who chose Non-Lethal for the first level? [Made a mistake and chose the Tranq gun]
What? The stun gun has a shit range. The tranq gun is much more useful [editline]29th August 2011[/editline]
So, you guys remember [sp] the convention with Taggart and the part where Sandoval was going to kill himself?[/sp] [sp]Did any of you try winning the conversation again after having lost it, via loading some save? I did that on both conversations. :smith:[/sp]
That conversation is easy like in most games with social fights. [sp]You say what they want to hear[/sp]
I don't get Eidos's priority when it came to character modeling. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/5R8vR.jpg[/img_thumb]
Hopefully this'll help people experiencing micro-stutters and sound sync issues.

dont know if late, but start a game and once your in the lobby after getting the glass go see the ladies room and jump, then go see the guys thatfis your glasses, hylarious comment aoiy!
Hard to believe he's the guy who voiced Adam Jensen
I swear to god the guy with the sodas is from eureka also i'm late

They did have an extra line if you enter the ladies rest room in that game
I don't get Eidos's priority when it came to character modeling. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/5R8vR.jpg[/img_thumb]
Reminds me of Garrus' textures from ME1.
Still on my first playthrough, I just found a great ebook near the beginning of the
Montreal
mission called "Synthetic Thought: The Human AI" that talks about how in 2009 the Laboratory of Intelligence Systems conducted an iterative experiment with communicating robots that learned to lie to hoard resources for themselves. If you haven't seen it before, this bit is completely factual and really cool.
Just finished the game. It is awesome. Still have some questions, but it doesnt matter much. Is it possible [sp]to save Malik and stay unnoticed for enemy? I want to try to do Pacifist and Foxiest of the Hounds achivements at one walkthrough.[/sp]. If yes, than how do so? Also, if i understand right, the Pacifist achivement means that [sp]you can only knock out enemys, not killing them?[/sp]
I really hope they release a high resolution texture pack. I feel like I am playing a game from 2005, although the gameplay is absolutely phenomenal.
can someone explain me the after credits teaser?

About the first: I did it with Pacifist and Foxiest of the Hounds by stocking up on candy bars, PEPS ammo, gas and EMP grenades. Be sure to move the bodies away from the bot before it explodes! [editline]28th August 2011[/editline] Also, the Foxiest of the Hounds achievment is easy because it's about the sirens going off, not "alarmed" or "hostile".
Great.....I'm stuck with a shitty internet connection, stuck with a shitty laptop and not returning home till Sunday.I need to watch the damn credits dammit!
I did it with Pacifist and Foxiest of the Hounds by stocking up on candy bars, PEPS ammo, gas and EMP grenades.
But when i through any greande, enemys become hostile, which means that i triggered the alarm or no? :<
No, by alarm they mean someone hitting an alarm panel, or a camera detecting you or something along those lines. Not "Alarmed" status.
But when i through any greande, enemys become hostile, which means that i triggered the alarm or no? :<
Alarm is that loud fucking noise that alerts EVERYBODY [editline]29th August 2011[/editline] Two men in the room, take cover near the door, throw concussion grenade in,enter room and do a take down on both of them. Feels good man
So I'm kinda stuck on the boss battle with [sp]Zhao[/sp], since I somehow managed to get myself into it with literally only seven bullets for the SMG, 2 EMP nades/mines and three bottles of painkillers. How do I survive? :v: [sp]My hacking skill is high enough to hack the life support, but I keep getting raped after using my 2 EMP nades for the first two mechs[/sp]
Hopefully this'll help people experiencing micro-stutters and sound sync issues.
I play with power options on high performance, 800x600 fullscreen, and v-sync disabled and i still get a relatively low frame rate
Am I the only one who thinks the area with the two bots at the end of Act 2 (Hengsha) are kind of a game breaker? It's like they assume you are either a hacker or a heavy combat player, and basically anything else doesn't work. I for one was a very social based stealth player who made use of what I could find, with only level 3 hacking and no bot doms. It took me HEAVY backtracking to the area before which nearly got me killed just so I could get a minigun. [editline]28th August 2011[/editline] TAG THAT SHIT. Also yeah [sp]if you get the chip the fight with Namir is basically a fight with no augs, as your killswitch is activated, also an emp will KILL YOU if you have the chip[/sp]
Just saying, was playing also stealth char. Had level 5 hacker stealth and was running around in circles before i found an Emp nade under the pad, And other one at the room. Didnt have any problems with those bots.
[sp]Megan is helping Bob Page create JC Denton[/sp]
i guess i need play deus ex 1 again
"Wanna grow up?...you realize you making a mockery of the game? The game wasn't intended to be played like this you moron. Lol..running around with a turret robot.....what an assclown" - MatrixFactoryGuy lol
