Malik DLC incoming.
I bought this game today despite not really being a part of the hype train. Always thought it looked interesting, but wasn't following its development or anything like that.
Wonderfully surprised. Absolutely amazing game, I couldn't put it down.

aw yeah
I'd fuck Adam Jenson
Finished the game in 25 hours on the highest difficulty. The game worth all the money I paid for.

Someone make that a mod now.
Make all dialogue options "I'm Batman."
"I'm Batman."
"I'm not wearing hockey pads"
Am I the only person who thought that Christian Bale voice acted Jensen when I first saw the E3 2010 trailer ?
DE : HR V4 - We all have a crush on Malik edition
I think it's the mole
Don't try to look for Rule 34 though. ASSASSIN'S CREED YAOI, ASSASSIN'S CREED YAOI EVERYWHERE.

Shame, I was just about to look too
[sp]I kid I kid[/sp]
only deus ex can make me feel morally conflicted and confused, then make me spend more than fifteen minutes pondering what choice to make while philosophically thinking about outcome and consequences in a fucking video game
never felt so nerdier in my life
Still cant find the guy who sells the suppressor for the 10mm. Which apartment is it exactly?
Also, I found a ladder that leads down to a security level 5 door in the helipad area at Sarif Industries, are there lots a of goodies in there or something?
Finished the game. Picked the [sp]Darrow ending.[/sp] Seemed oddly fitting in my opinion.
Also, second time in China, I actually thought there was [sp]no way to save Malik[/sp] so I went on as normal until I discovered otherwise. I regressed to an earlier save (undoing two major quests in the process) just to [sp]save her.[/sp]
Worth it.
welp, my shitty human revolution let's play that nobody cares about has hit

though 31 parts are waiting to be uploaded/encoded but still
So I just finished the game. [sp]Ended up reloading and trying out the other endings, which I wish they wouldn't let you do. If those are indeed the only endings then nothing else really matters up to that point as you get a choice right at the end meaning I don't really wanna play through this again.[/sp]
Anyways, actual ending spoilers below:
[sp]
Sarif's ending left me feeling bad. Yay, unrestricted augmentation research, cool, but I still felt horrible about it.
Darrow's ending just left me feeling empty. I didn't feel good, I didn't feel bad, I just felt unfulfilled.
Taggart's ending left me feeling genuinely nervous about my choice, but it also left me feeling fulfilled and somewhat good about it. I mean, they haven't ended the world yet, and their goals seem noble, so the Illuminati can't be all that bad.
Finally blowing up the station and killing everyone including myself left me feeling wholly good about my choice. Out of all the endings I felt it was the best choice.[/sp]
So yeah, just my two cents.
I cried when [sp]Malik died, then I found out I could save her.[/sp] :D
Also, does anyone else get the urge to kill everyone on sight once they enter the police station?

[sp]Blowing shit up ending is best ending[/sp]
I also went non-lethal for my first playthrough, feel good bro.

No.
Also, how can I [sp]save Malik?[/sp] Just killing the fuck out of everyone really, really fast?
[sp] I knew you could save Malik right away, it was in a way to mirror if you do or don't save Jock in Deus Ex [/sp]
... Only this time there wasn't a bomb.

Yep.
Does anyone else feel like the reason why some of the little things like bad textures for some characters, bad outside scenery, etc was the cause of budget cutting? It comes off that Square Enix fucked up bad with Final Fantasy Online and Eidos/Deus Ex took a hit from that.

[sp] Maybe that's why we're missing some actually good looking fucking endings instead of things hastily made with stock footage? [/sp]

[sp]The bird can only take so much damage, go for the higher damage dealing targets first. But basically yeah, you have to get them down quick because the ship can't take much.[/sp]
Also was this game developed for consoles and ported to PC? I just read that some company called Nixxes Software worked on the PC version. And it says that they specialize in porting software to PC.

He's in the building where you have to climb in through a window, on the lowest floor you have access to.
Did you guys notice during the credits that [sp] there was a picture of some eidos employee cosplaying as louis from L4D ? http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/558666021239307075/817D66387AAC13A11962BC6B69E209CBEE537CDB/ [/sp] made me laugh.

When was the last time you played a game with such large, detailed maps?
Just take a stroll around Heng Sha and you'll see that unless you have an extremely high end computer that there's no way that you'll be able to bump up the graphics further
Even in Detriot the sewers and apartment buildings can be accessed without extra loading

And that
Actually, going non-lethal with Jensen basically makes him Batman.

I know, but some levels that don't include the city just have cheap backgrounds. Each one of them is just a picture, except for 2. And its weird, like in the [sp]Montreal level, when you call the elevator that let's you see the city, it was as if the devs were going to render a city but said fuck it at the last minute. Even in Panchea, the scenery outside the window (which looked like a Dam) was a poor quality image.[/sp] Even with graphical limitations, rendering a low poly city wouldn't impact performance. That's why I think they were hit by budget cuts.
