It's funny watching the voice actor for Jensen talk.
Not sure if late but I found out that you move alot more faster if you move diagonally.
Which sidequest is it?
The one for Prichard I think it is something with Acquiescence in the title? Something like that
The events at [sp]the geoengineering facility creeped me out a little. I mean, they were more or less zombies or at least acted like zombies[/sp]
[sp]I was scared at parts because it was so empty and I heard people whispering and shit, it was creepy[/sp]
Not sure if late but I found out that you move alot more faster if you move diagonally.
Your version isn't up to date, they already fixed that.
>Deus Ex: Human Revolution isn't in your list of games on steam. >Your version is the same as it was at launch, since the diagonal running bug was fixed in the first patch about a day after the game was released. Conclusion: [sp] Unless he's playing on console[/sp]
As much as I'd like to agree with you, your avatar makes me want to rage. I see most of Deus Ex's fans are bronies. Christ.
You know what I wish was in this game? A "nervous" meter for the guards. One of the most enjoyable moments in Batman: Arkham Asylum was during the stealth parts, where you would start off against 8 armed, confident and relaxed guys and take them out one by one until you're left with one guy who's basically shitting himself and then jump down and whack his ass. It might be a little sadistic, but I really giggled when that last guy would yell "GET AWAY FROM ME" and "what are you?" in fear, since he was absolutely confident he would bash my head in just 3 minutes ago.
Anyone know if the pacificst achievement is glitched? I just beat it my 2nd time that way and it still doesn't give it to me
That'd be neat if the social augmentation let you see their heart rates or something, but i don't think the AI is advanced enough for that.
You don't even need the heart rate for that-Just to change the behavior of the guards according to the amount of guards (or at least, the amount of guards they know of) that you've taken out.
Anyone know if the pacificst achievement is glitched? I just beat it my 2nd time that way and it still doesn't give it to me
Did you kill anyone during prologue? Did you tranq dart anyone sitting? (sometimes those who were tranq'd while sitting will be dead rather than unconscious) Did you plant evidence or "gravity is a bitch"? Did you give another 2 doses of morphine? Did anyone die because of self destructing bots?
SHIT YES Gamestop be doing a trading deal for Human Revolution. I only have 2 games that qualify. Would it be a good idea to trade in Black Ops and Mass Effect 1 for Human Revolution?
god damnit now that trainer posted like 20 pages back doesn't work I want my infinite stun gun
Anyone know if the pacificst achievement is glitched? I just beat it my 2nd time that way and it still doesn't give it to me
Worked for me, but self-destructing bots taking people out, turrets, friendly fire and some quest options count.
SHIT YES Gamestop be doing a trading deal for Human Revolution. I only have 2 games that qualify. Would it be a good idea to trade in Black Ops and Mass Effect 1 for Human Revolution?
YES. GO. NOW.
The events at [sp]the geoengineering facility creeped me out a little. I mean, they were more or less zombies or at least acted like zombies[/sp]
I ended up running out of ammo for my P.E.P.S, so I ended up having to kill most of them. It didn't feel good.
I ended up running out of ammo for my P.E.P.S, so I ended up having to kill most of them. It didn't feel good.
Why did you even confront them? Whenever I saw some, I just ran right past them. Never managed to land a single hit on me.
YES. GO. NOW.
K, I'll eat food then head out. My little brother loves BLOPS though.... oh well. Deus Ex is better. He'll understand one day.
I just grabbed a vending machine and powered through them with my strength aug.
The events at [sp]the geoengineering facility creeped me out a little. I mean, they were more or less zombies or at least acted like zombies[/sp]
And with all the [sp]screams and stuff, it made it even creepier.[/sp] [sp]Damn that talk between Bob and Reed.... Awesome.[/sp] This has room for FREE DLC between this and the original.
I hoarded stun gun darts for the boss fights and just kept stunning all the bosses 'cept the last one. They don't stand a chance against the stun gun.
I just woke up, any news on the code stuff?
Black ops, yes, mass effect... I dunno about mass effect.
I've played it fully, every sidequest completed 5 or so times Plus, my brother owns it. Should I ever want to again, I'll pick it up. [editline]30th August 2011[/editline] Might also trade in GTA IV just to purge my shelf and make room. I don't have enough room anymore.
Just finished it, great game, although [sp]I couldn't find Taggart in Pankhia, I was searching for half an hour but I didn't get to him. So I didn't get his choice on the end, only Sarif's and Darrows. Went for Sarif. The Hyron Boss Battle was kinda disappointing too, not only because it felt like there was no content between Namir and Hyron, but also because it was just shooting three turrets and a few zombified guards. On the Hyron, what the fuck is that even supposed to be? It said it was some supercomputer slaved to human drones. What does that mean? Is it like Eliza, but controlled by the host human (like Zhao was)? And why does it have three girls in it, what is the purpose of that? Beeing creepy? It didn't make sense at all to me, and I was expecting Pankhia to have something more epic in it that that, its a damn hole in the sea, they could've done so much with that. Oh well. Great game nonetheless. [/sp]
First world problems
my shelf is small. It's not like I actually have that many games. I just have a small fucking shelf. I also hate GTA games.
I just realized: is it ever actually explained how a big-ass hole in the sea is going to solve global warming?
Also with those big heavyduty sentrybots, I was reminded of Metalgear somewhat.

I kind of want an Adam Jensen suit for my avatar. Or for me in real life. I saw a link for the Trenchcoat before. http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Adam-Jensen-Coat/00000bb8-f93b-62c1-c007-5054535107fa I hate how expensive avatar clothes are, they're dumb as fuck, but if they were like, cheap enough to buy with leftover points I'd go for them.
